Pella Windows and Doors’ website was falling behind competitor sites in terms of appeal and usability, so my team and I embarked on a full redesign. We then tackled their support center content, which came from several different sources that all looked different and contained varying levels of information. I created a content strategy to meet user needs by using consistent content templates and managing them in one CMS.
