Boeing Employees Credit Union, or BECU, is a well-loved Washington institution, and my relationship with them was long and fruitful. As the agency UX and freelance content strategy lead charged with redesigns for both the marketing site and online banking application, I utilized a full spectrum of UX methods. My team and I modernized sites that were stuck in the '90s and significantly improved the experience of a third party online banking solution.
